As NIMPHEA enters its final six months, the consortium partners gathered in Toulouse, on 8–9 July 2026 for the project’s final General Assembly.

The coordinator, Safran Power Units hosted the meeting and welcomed the consortium to its facilities, where partners had the opportunity to discover the company’s industrial capabilities. The General Assembly then continued at the iconic Aeroscopia Museum, providing an inspiring setting for two days of productive discussions—and even a guided tour of the museum! We were pleased to welcome our Clean Hydrogen Joint Undertaking Project Officer, Luca Feola, who acknowledged the significant progress achieved by the consortium and thanked all partners for their dedication throughout the project. The consortium also had the privilege of hearing from Pierre-Alain Lambert, Vice-President for Hydrogen Programs in Safran Group, who shared the Group’s hydrogen strategy and its vision for the future of sustainable aviation. Over the two days, partners reviewed the latest technical achievements, discussed the remaining challenges, and aligned on the roadmap for the project’s final six months to maximise the impact of NIMPHEA’s results.

A sincere thank you to all partners for their continued commitment. We look forward to bringing this exciting project to a successful conclusion!
